For owned properties: It's not a legal requirement to get Gas Safety certification every year, but it's a really good idea. For an average 3 bedroom family home, Gas Safety certification is very affordable and would cost between £60 - £70.
For rented properties: Gas safety inspections are required every year in rented properties. We already work with several letting agencies; we'd like to work with more agencies and landlords to offer gas certification for multiple properties in Suffolk so they may benefit from bulk pricing.

How often should a boiler be serviced?

Removed old boiler & tanks, and installed new boiler
I’m very happy with the work carried out by Steve from A.S.K. Heating Services. He removed my old boiler system, cylinder, loft tanks, airing cupboard and solar panels, then installed a new Vaillant ecoFIT pure 830 with filter and Hive thermostat.
